The Fray Juan de Padilla Assembly #1989 was
chartered on August 4, 1984 in the Arizona District of the John H.
Reddin Province of the Knights of Columbus.
The primary purpose of the Fourth Degree is to foster
the spirit of patriotism by promoting responsible citizenship and a
love of
and loyalty to our country through active membership in local
Fourth Degree groups (called “Assemblies”).
Certain members of our assembly serve as honor guards at civic and
religious functions, an activity that has
brought worldwide recognition to the Knights of
Columbus.
Any Third Degree member in good standing, six months after the
anniversary of his First Degree, is eligible for membership in the
Fourth Degree.
Fourth Degree members must retain their membership as Third Degree
members in the local council to remain in good.
Our assembly
meets at All Saints Catholic Church, 1534 North Recker Road, Mesa, Arizona
85205. We
meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at
7:00pm in Bishops Hall. |
